WORK EXPERIENCE

1.Worked as a Project Eengineer in a solar project(10MW&15MW) in Acme Solutions Pvt. Ltd in karimnagar for 2 years.

2.Currently Working as a Site Engineer in Power Pioneers (NH-167 RWS Utility Miryalaguda) in Miryalaguda for 6 months.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

25 MW Solar Power Plant with 33 KV Switch-yard with Power Transformers (5 MVA), 1MW Inverters,Circuit Breakers like ACB, VCB, HT & LT Panels and Operations of SCADA & Local Monitoring.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible of all DC works from PV modules to inverter.

Dc cable trench works, MMS works,Earthing works, WMS and Module connections.

SCB installations, string connections, cable sizing, termination and trenchs.

Supervision of AC works,HT panels, Inverter Transformer Installations and 33KV Switch yard installation & erection works.

On site supervision of all electrical work (AC and DC) at project site and understanding SLDs and ensuring work as per drawings.

Coordination with contractors/Sub contractors maintain EHS procedures and timely work completion.

Reporting the daily work/ Reports to the Asst. Manager/Project Manager.

String analysis and improving performance of the plant.

Preparation of schedules for regular maintenance of inverters, transformers, HT, LT panels and 33KV switchyard.

Maintaining equipment history and implementing different permits in the work area.

Monitoring commissioning activities and managing teams of erection/ Installation and commissioning Engineers/ Technicians.

Scheduling and execution of preventive and predictive maintenance for increasing overall reliability and safety.

Supervising labor and ensuring regular cleaning of solar PV modules.

Preparing daily, monthly and annual generation records, PR targets as per plant ratings.
