Objective:
I am trained as architect and practiced for more than 20 years as architect, project manager and owner representative in China, California and Texas after graduation in 1999. Starting at end of 2014, I founded Evalon Group, a real estate development and management company located in Austin, TX. He has been focusing on real estate project development and construction management including residential and commercial projects in Austin Texas. I am well trained to take care of land development projects from first step to final handover, including feasibility study, land acquiring, leading team of design, obtaining government permits, managing construction and critically, communicating with clients.
