Duties: )Managing staff of 15 plus employees maintain hospital and 7 outreach facilities, Maintaining chill water systems, boilers, computerized fire and smoke detection systems,

kitchen equipment, pumps, motors, pneumatic controllers. Supervising general building upkeep and repairs such as wall vinyl and carpet repair. General painting, grounds and landscape upkeep. Installation and maintenance of computerized electronic security door locks, and property management systems. Creating yearly departmental operating budgets and capital project.
