PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Mar 2019 -
Jun 2019
Internship in Instituto de Ciencias de Materiales de Madrid, CSIC Application of the methodologies for the growth of monolayers of MoS2 by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) and for the hydrothermal synthesis of MoS2 and MoS2 doped with cobalt, copper and rare earths. Use of several spectroscopic techniques (Raman and optical absorption) for materials characterization. Use of X-ray diffraction to determine the structural phase obtained in bulk materials, to rule out the presence of spurious phases and the possible incorporation of the dopants into the crystal lattice of the MoS2. Oct 2018 -
Dec 2018
Internship in Hutchinson
