Work Carried out:
Maintenance of Solar PV Power Plant to maximize the PR .
Preventive maintenance of Inverters, transformers, switch yard and plant for smooth operation to avoid the Future faults.
Inspection of module cleaning, string healthiness and SMB monitoring on daily basis to improve the PR. Nature of Work and Responsibilities
• In Preparing reports of generation daily and monthly, review meetings, plan and develop new methods to improve the station operational efficiency and reliability.
• Develop O&M SOP, AMC contracts and MIS/ Generating Reports
• Review Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly PM Activity and validate as per the standard requirements
• Conduct Trend monitoring and analysis of the plant energy generation.
• Ensure work execution as per Quality and Safety Norms.
• Responsible fornext DayGeneration Forecasting to SLDC.
• In Commissioning:- DC and AC cable Laying, Connection of Modules in series & parallel and Strings at SMB, installation of fuses, complete tests on Cables, Transformers, all CB & Relays, PT & CT, Earth pits, connecting Inverters to Grid.
• Ensure work execution as per Quality and Safety Norms.
• Analyze the root cause the low efficiency i.e. – less string/ less modules connected/ Cell shorted in module, low insulation resistance, string current monitoring.
• Effective Resolution of Day-to-Day Problems and ensure effectiveness of Quality Control System.
• Planning and coordination with various contractors & engineers like Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation, etc. and reception of material at site.
• Identifying Earth, Voltage and Current faults and clearing the same and taking preventive actions.
• Responsible for proper electrical maintenance of String boxes, Transformers, cooling system, transmission line, cleaning of PV panels and regular string testing to ensure maximum generation.
• Responsible for O&M contract and Spare Management
• Handling of Contractors and labors for module cleaning and plant Maintenance activities.
• Managing the routine Inspection of Electrical inspector, labor inspector and Factories Inspector.
