ACTIVITIES

As a teacher in a STEM education center we provide and support students in programming and building structurally sound robots using the LEGO Mindstorms Robotics Kit and Lego WeDo 2.0. As well as to teach them the principles of Robotics including the functions of power source, sensors, motors and structural members of a robot. I also help them understand and create software using the Scratch and Click team Fusion Developer 2.5. We provide demo’s and conduct classes to regular schools to promote our center. I also work with Microsoft office to conduct better classes to student. And do train the newly hired staff for Robotics, Scratch, Click team Fusion Developer 2.5.

In a Call Center field, we identify customer’s needs, clarify information, research every issue to provide solutions and manage inbound calls in a timely manner. We Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way. This way, our team was able to meet the team qualitative and quantitative targets. As a Programmer, we design and build mobile applications for Android platform. Fixing the bugs and improving application performance. We interact with users to define business requirements and scope of the project module. We also create GUI Screen and implementing business logics for them and coordinate with other programmers in the team to ensure that all the modules complement each other well. Through the experiences I had with programming, assisting calls and teaching kids, I was able to enhance my analytical, logical and relationship building skills. Hence, I am certain that my skills and experience are suitable with your requirements.
