Preparation of Electrical Shop drawing for Site Execution.

Hand over all Al Narjis Compound Project 1st to Consultant and then to Client and Maintenance teams.

Supervision at the site.

Making Quantity take off for materials.

Installation of Power systems.

Installation of lighting system.

Installation of lighting Protection & Earthing systems.

Making planning for site Execution properly & timely.

Resolving site issues during execution & making Co-ordination among the items of different systems.

Making weekly & monthly progress reports.

Keep all records of insulation Megger tests and Continuity tests for main feeder cables and internal wires also.

Making AS Built drawings as per work executed.

To be assure the installation done as per NEC & Project Specification.

Submittals to consultant & taking approvals, including all paper work required for consultant.

Making field inspection request (RFI) for consultant.

Reviewing/keeping the record of inspections

Job Description:

Review of shop drawings for different electrical systems and installations.

Review of technical submittals as per project specification and requirements.

Review of method of statement (MOS) and notify any discrepancy for proper execution.

Make sure that an activity offered in inspection has an approved shop drawing, MS and QCP.

Review of coordination drawing and RCP Plan for accurate & proper installation.

To check and verify feasibility of any activity at site before commencement.

Make sure any non-conformity has been reported to contractor through Non-conformity report (NCR).All NCRs shall be coordinated with client.

Responding to technical queries from contractor.

To ensure all QA/QC procedure being implemented at site.

Directing inspector to inspect material inspection request (MIR) on site delivery of material.

Participate with client disciplines in reviewing the close out report as submitted by contractor.

Proposing policies and strategies to contractor for proper and timely completion of project.

Evaluate Red line as built drawings submitted by contractor and make sure all site conditions are properly addressed.

Attending weekly meetings with client and contractor.
