Project Details

Major project – Design & Fabrication of Eco Pest Control System

“Design & Fabrication of Eco Pest Control System using Bluetooth” as my Final year project where I designed the Model, Prototype of the Project which is instrumental in the Agriculture Sector and also decreases the workload for the farmers.

This is a robot which is controlled through an android app where Bluetooth is used as communication interface controller. It is solar based system which charges the Battery. We use eco pesticides like neem oil, animal, plant extract oil to make it toxic free for the farmers. Mini project – Air Cooler

Made an Air cooler with recycled water, where the water used in the system is recycled and this helps in increasing the effectiveness of the cooler, where I carried out the fabrication work and design of the system. Internship

Completed internship at “Bosch Ltd” on Barrel value System of the Fuel Injectors where we worked on the improvement of the parts which was being finished by the finish honing machine & Increase the efficiency of a Finish Honing machine. The main objective was to eliminate the bore lapping process due to the harmful abrasive chemicals. I also learnt about the working of a fuel injection pump and how it is manufactured under high precision.

Completed Internship at “Bosch. Ltd” on Value stream Mapping and Value Stream Design of A Pump. During this period we designed a VSM &VSD Map for an assembly line which was being shifted from Adugodi to Bidadi plant. I gained more knowledge on how Value Stream Mapping & Value Stream Design works and got to know how important it is for an industry along with the key requirements for the design of the map.
