Job Responsibilities :

Daily Responsibilities :

• Regularly Monitoring and capturing system log files.

• Checking tickets on a daily basis and providing the respective solution for respective tickets.

• Perform and monitoring online scheduler jobs on the production server.

• Maintaining documents for all setup procedure and system related Policies (SOP's) also maintaining daily, weekly and monthly reports.
