Job Responsibilities :

Daily Responsibilities :

• Regularly Monitoring and capturing system log files.

• Checking tickets on a daily basis and providing the respective solution for respective tickets.

• Perform and monitoring online scheduler jobs on the production server.

• Maintaining documents for all setup procedure and system related Policies (SOP's) also maintaining daily, weekly and monthly reports.

• Maintaining Inventory of IT assets.

Linux Responsibilities :

• To check whether all servers and systems are up and running.

• Perform a backup activity of all system configuration files & important directories of servers and restore if needed.

• As per client requirement, we manage files/directories permission for users and groups with respective system policies.

• Good knowledge of Linux system installation, the configuration of server for operating system redhat & CentOS & also configured the network for the server.

• Package installation using YUM, RPM & TAR.
