Job Description:

Provides administrative support in the development, implementation.

Serves as a principal liaison between students, faculty, staff, other departments, and/or external constituencies on day-to-day programmatic, operational, and administrative issues; facilitates seminars, meetings, special projects, and problem resolution.

Developing of new, and updating of existing curriculum

Developing of new, and updating of existing academic department procedures and systems

Co-ordination of the purchase of, and development of resources and materials for both teaching staff and students

Development of new pathways and liaison with existing pathway providers Coordinating the movements of students between levels, classes and courses and maintenance of the database accordingly

Coordinates activities of support staff, consultants, faculty, and/or volunteers engaged in implementation and administration of program objectives.

Interviewing and hiring of teaching and emergency teaching staff

Maintenance of the teaching timetable

Overseeing, monitoring and taking part in the Professional Development program

Checking of pay claims and recording of teaching hours

Maintenance of teachers’ contracts, Step Levels and updates to these

Knowledge management

Learning Management Systems, E-learning.

Monitors and administers program/project revenues and expenses;

Collects and analyzes data; prepares scheduled and special reports; maintains program/project records and statistical information.

Management of end to end Skill Development training operations.

Ensure streamlining of training process and formulation of strategy to enhance delivery

Training Monitoring, Audit and Evaluation on regular interval.

Content Development in line with various project requirements

Liaising with internal and external stakeholders for improving training techniques, assessment & certification

Perform specialized activities of a programmatic nature in direct support of the accomplishment of program objectives and protocol.

Supervise and train Participants of the Program.
