The project was mainly focused to reduce the loss of life and property due to collapsing of the building in a seismic action. Provided solution through software work for the condition through a seismic resistance

enhancement method. This method can be implemented for both old and new construction. Used software like E-TABS for providing solution. On this topic also

published a Research Journal in International Research Journal of Engineering and Technology (IRJET).

Guest House—Diploma Final Project
