Responsible in carrying out the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. Develop and maintain professional relationships with Project Owner Representative and assist the Project Team in the resolution of any disputes
Providing assistance to the managing director.
Nominate contractors, suppliers, vendors, etc. for placement of orders, based on technical evaluation in consultation with Contracts Section, and coordinates work of contractors working on various phases of the project to ensure compliance with execution plans and contract terms.
Attending, organizing with other project staff and chairing the progress and technical meeting.
Ensure effective communication and coordination on assigned projects between all disciplines and parties.
Approved contractor shop drawings along with material submittals and method statement.
Reply to contractors RFIs (request for information).and (request for inspections).
Observes and checks work in progress to ensure safety standards are met and maintained; checking and reviewing any reported difficulties, handling any safety violations or other reported deficiencies and discipline.
Direct supervision for all the finishing activates including internal finishes, elevations and landscape (soft and hard). considering the project contractual documents, QCS, international codes and check the coordination between all the related documents
Demonstrate a knowledge of the application of architectural/engineering to facility constructability as applied to construction methods and materials, and the economics involved.
Approving project's as built drawings.
Preparing design and working drawings, Coordinate the architecture drawings with MEP and structure drawings, value engineering.
