Highland Square Mall- New York

-commercial strip mall of small to medium stores/bank.

-225,000 square feet ground of construction shell and finish along with site work with retaining walls and underground storm water distribution systems. Vineyard Commons LLC New York

Lead Superintendent managing all phases of ground up construction of 183 unit rental project and on site restaurant build out consisting of a mixture of stick built and fabricated walls on slab with intricate site work and underground slab plumbing . Project consisted of a 46.5 million dollar budget with a 24 month time frame of completion. Job was successfully completed 6 months ahead of schedule cost certified and turned over for lease up.

Orchard Hills LLC New York

Lead superintendent managing all phases of ground up construction of 263 units of multi family housing. Project amount was 48.5 million dollars made of modular and stick built housing with intricate site work and blasting.

Project time frame was 24 months and was finished on time cost certified and turned over for lease up.

DDFM LLC New York

Owner Representative managing and directing the Re-zoning of land of a 17 lot parcel of single family housing to a finished approve project of 180 units of condo apartments thru value engineering and mitigation.

Worked successfully with all entities to obtain town water/sewer/underground electric and natural gas from utility company.

Worked with planning/zoning/building inspector/fire and safety to obtain building height for density to accomplish required zoning.

Developed a firm understanding of building mechanical engineering systems. 20 years experience in commercial applications of mechanical engineering systems build outs retrofits and start ups and budgeting of performa for multiple locations thru comprehensive diligence to ensure a new and improved job specification to ensure efficiency and value.
