oDuties and Responsibilities

oSite visits for obtaining accurate measurements and determining the alignment of different kind of structures for the purpose of our work.

oQuantification of structures (Residential Buildings, Commercial Buildings etc) based on either Long wall short wall method or Centreline method.

oAlso calculating the quantities of sanitation structures such as septic tank, soak pit and other unavoidable items like drain pit, waste pit and wells.

oPreparing the quantities of electrical and plumbing materials and calculating the corresponding cost needed for each of the items.

o Preparation of detailed estimate of different structures based on the measurements which are taken from the site itself.

oAnalyzing the cost per square feet of structures and comparing it with the type of structure. Also I supposed to accept many responsibilities for the easy completion of the project for a large period of time.

oSubmitting the works to the responsible authorities for approval.

oAll the rates which are used in the project are issued by Central Public Work Department (DSR 2016).

oCarefully reviewed scope of projects and other factors that influenced cost of proposals from bid documentation.

oPrepared quote solicitations to be reviewed by coordinating quantity surveyors.

oAnalyzed reports and prepared comparisons for cost to be reviewed by coordinating quantity surveyors

oPrepared all-inclusive estimate package for review by project heads, department heads and clients.
