a.Supervise the installation of line equipment such as distribution transformer, fuse cut-out, automatic voltage regulator, recloser, power capacitor, air-break switches and other equipment.

b.Responsible in calibration / testing of single phase and polyphase meters, installation of secondary and primary metering.

c.Design and estimate materials for distribution line (13.8kv) and subtransmission line (69kv) for maintenance replacement and new projects.

d.Responsible in the actual rehabilitation and construction of distribution and substransmission line.

e.Conduct final inspection and assessment of each completed project in ensuring that all projects complies with the standards of National Electrification Administration (NEA), Philippine Electrical Code (PEC) and National Electrical Code (NEC) and reported to the Manager before commissioning.

f.Conduct annual preventive maintenance of power transformers, testing of relays and switchgear and other protection equipment in the substation.

g.In-charge in the operation, monitoring and control of substations. Monitor and maintain the reliable and continuous supply of electricity in the area of responsibility.

h.Perform Technical Evaluation of Materials, Tools, Equipment, Line Hardware and others as required in the Bid and Awards Committee.

i.Assigned as Chairman in the conduct of Bid and Awards Committee as pre-requisite in the procurement of all materials and equipment.

j.Supervise a well-coordinated technical and engineering personnel.

k. Implement safety on personnel, power system, equipment, machinery, community and among others.
