PROJECT NAME: AIR WATCH,INTUNE & ENTERPRISE BOX

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

VMware Air Watch is the virtualization vendor's software for enterprise mobile device management (MDM). This is a comprehensive enterprise mobility platform that delivers simplified access to enterprise apps, secures corporate data and enables mobile productivity. Air Watch provides a layered security approach that encompasses the user, endpoint, app, data and network.

Microsoft Intune is a cloud based mobile device and operating system management solution. The target market for Intune is not limited to any particular sized business but Intune is generally considered a Mobile device management solution. Intune compliments customers that have invested in System Center Configuration Manager by extending "on-premises" functionality of System Center to the public cloud. Enterprise Box is a cloud computing business which provides file-sharing, collaborating, and other tools for working with files that are uploaded to its servers. Users can determine how their content can be shared with other users. Users may invite others to view and/or edit an account's shared files, upload documents and photos to a shared files folder (and thus share those documents outside Box), and give other users rights to view shared files. Roles & Responsibilities in the project:

Receiving and making end user calls.

Mailbox Monitoring.

Providing first level resolutions and taking to closure with troubleshooting. Incident resolution and recovery.

24x7 Support to offshore and onshore users for internal employees. Involved in troubleshooting day-to-day activities of Mobile issues related to air watch mail configuration

Managing Cognizant active directory, access to make changes on the same. Resolve incidents/executes service requests in order to ensure SLA compliance. Analyzing scope and participate in requirement/design reviews. Involved in proactive alert analysis which lead the application to achieve more stability.

Conduct reviews on Test Scripts and test cases

Review defects before logging and participate in discussions with development team Awards and Achievements
