• Upgradation/Renovation of existing buildings and re-carpeting of existing bituminous pavement to new bituminous road.

• Taking existing measurements of the various buildings and roads.

• Preparing drawings of the measured building by using latest software like AutoCAD.

• Taking approval of drawings from the CPWD Engineers and from the clients.

• Supervising the entire work in the site as well in office and report the same to the owner.

Project Undertaken

Title : Investigation on compressive strength of concrete by replacing coarse aggregate with coconut shell Summary : The objective of the work is to study the workability, strength of the concrete made with 10%, 20%, 30% & 40% coconut shell as a replacement for coarse aggregate for M20 & M25 grade of concrete mix. It is observed that the incorporation of coconut shell as a replacement by 10% recorded higher compressive strength than that observed for conventional concrete. Therefore the optimum strength is obtained for 10% coconut shell replaced concrete.

Hence it can be concluded that coconut shell, being a waste product can be utilized effectively and efficiently in concrete as partial replacement for coarse aggregate which makes the concrete lighter, stronger, economical or cost effective and also ensuring safe disposal of waste product thereby maintaining the ecological balance.
