• KYRA INDUSTRIES, MANGALORE. (06/07/2018 – 03/08/2018) Kyra industries is a manufacturing firm that manufactures tempered glass. Here I have studied the glass tempering process, CNC machining operations and programming, basic machining operations and quality management. The experience gained here has helped me to attain good industrial working exposure.

• ONGC MRPL, MANGALORE. (16/01/2018 – 30/01/2018)

Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals (MRPL) is a crude refinery unit of Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) of India. Here I have studied how crude oil is distilled into various petrochemical products, piping, welding inspection, steam power plant working and many processes involving petrochemical extraction. The experience gained at MRPL has been used to prepare biodiesel as my B.E. project.

• NX-CAD & ROB-CAD, SIEMENS PLM SOFTWARE. (13/02/2017 – 17/05/2018) Completed NX-CAD and ROB-CAD (Basics) course from SIEMENS Industry software India Pvt Ltd for the period of 3 months each.

• HYDRAULICS & PNEUMATICS.

Completed Hydraulics and pneumatics course from Bosch Rexroth drive and control academy group for the period of 3 months.

• PRODUCT DESIGN & INNOVATION. (Online Certification course by IIT Guwahati) Completed an online certification course through NPTEL portal by Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati for the period of 4 weeks (Aug-Sep 2018) and I was awarded with Elite certificate with 66%.

• FUNDAMENTALS OF 3D VISUALIZATION. (Online Certification course by IIT Bombay) Completed an online certification course “Fundamentals of 3D Visualization” through IITBombayX portal by Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (29/08/2018-07/10/2018). PROJECT WORK

• A STUDY ON EMISSION AND PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS OF CI ENGINE USING DWS BIOFUEL BLENDED WITH NANOPARTICLES (ZnO, Al2O3 & GRAPHENE) & ETHANOL.

Being the leader of the B.E major project got abundant knowledge on preparation of biodiesel which was further tested using CI engine test rig practically and analytically using Ansys. This project was selected as top 14th engineering project in the state of Karnataka and was fully funded by the government.

• PORTABLE REFRIGERATOR USING PELTIER CHIP.

Being the leader of the B.E minor project I got knowledge on basic mechanical processes involved in fabrication and working of the project and also gained good Leadership quality. SOFTWARE PROFICIENCY
