Complete design of sheet metal strip layout
Applying DFMA to the product
Complete 3D modeling of the part,received from product design department
Alternative strip layout designs in 3D with bending, flanging.
Full tool creation in solid works 2019 and 2012 and Detailed drafting of tool
Completed the detailed drafting in Autocad software
I have learnt and understood about the manufacturing process, and also worked in all the departments of the company rotation wise
Understood the organizations full process flow .
I also learnt basic knowledge nx modeling
Created Bill of Material for the tool and Cost estimation is done.

Worked on the cost reduction of blister forming die by replacing the materialof die . Studied manufacturing of blisters and about machine It is replaced with other material with good life less cost and trial results are good Microsoft Office Suite.
