Prepare the DBR and submit to client or architect

Prepare the heat load sheet & design HVAC as per ISHARE Standard Attend the client meeting and explained to client our design.

Select the unit like AHU with static pressure, VRF indoor & outdoor units, precision AC unit for critical rooms, depends on client requirement.

Prepare the bill of quantity (BOQ) with estimation.

Once we got approval our DBR and estimation start to drawing prepared and submit to client.

Design should be done ishare standard.

Our design was executed following architecture &PMC

DWP interics, qudra architect, VPCPL architect, JLL, CBRE, and worked with more architecture &PMC.
