Handling a Team of Architects and Draftees working on Interiors Fit out with Main Contractor CARILLION.

Responsibilities:

Handled Fit out details required for Construction phase. Designing the details, Client Meetings, Site visits on week basis, Helping Procurement in the materials specifications, Claiming EOT’s, RFI’s, Progress Review meetings and Technical Meetings with Clients.

B. WORKED FOR DAR CONSULTANT AND ENGINEER (SAUDI ARABIA) AS HEAD OF DEPARTMENT FOR ARCHITECTURE-(MAR 2009-MARCH 2012)

Worked for SABIC and Royal commission for their school projects in Jalmudha District

Designed MARAFIQ Head office.

Designed MARAFIQ Housing in Julmudha District having 145 villas with RC (Royal Commission Saudi Arabia) in Jubail (Urban Design)

Worked for MAADEN on their Al-Rasozure village for Shop Drawings, RFI coordinating with MEPS- clients’ contractor with Worley Parson.

Worked for EL-Seif Contracting Company on SAMBA project which is designed by (FOSTER GROUP, U.S.A) at King Abdulla Financial District co-ordinate with Design, MEPS and RFIs on site.

Worked on Design for HILTON HOTEL,Riyadh next to Garunatha mall exit -9.(KSA) C. WORKED AS PROJECT HEAD ARCHITECT IN KENYA FOR A U.K BASSED COMPANY GIBB AFRICA-(2007 DEC-2009JAN)

Worked on International Airport project Kigali on Design Development for Rwanda ministry of Infrastructure.

Worked on Benghazi Railways in Libya (Tripoli) with Russian Railways for Concept Designing Railway stations.(26 stations)with Auxiliary stations and parking sheds. D. WORKED AS Asst.
