OBJETIVE: TEACHER, TUTOR, MENTOR IN PHYSICS AND MATHEMATICS In Physics With the help heuristic methods I transmit ideas to students about Mechanics, Electricity, Electromagnetism, Quantum Physics, Nuclear Physics and Physics in our everyday life. My teaching and learning methods are multiple and always involve students participation. We use the contributions of di erent scientists from di erent cultures. We share the ac- tivity of solving problems, mostly with real applications, using di erent methodologies: Graphical, Algebraic, Numeric and digital programming. The latter method is associated with a basic skill called Computational Thinking, indispensable in the present and future digital society.
Through my knowledge of Engineering and Earth Sciences I try to inspire a love for Physics and Mathematics. These two background allow me to make connections between academic problems and real world applications.
I have been trying to taught myself to be good educator in the transition toward digital Physics, and for this, my main tool are Jupyter notebooks. In Maths: My courses in Geometry, Algebra and Calculus are mixed with Physics and Python. Tutoring high school students for College Calculus from di erent point of views Using many styles of teaching and learning, and comparing between then, I try to convey the mathematical ideas to future engineers.
Computational Thinking is an ability that I promote through the use of diverse computer programs for the teaching of Mathematics.
