ENGINEERING PROJECTS
I) BLENDING AUTOMATION FOR RM DOSING AND UNLOADING:
1.Led end-to-end project planning, execution and capitalization.
2.Installed Coriolis mass flow meters and vortex flow meters and pneumatically operated SOV’s for measuring flow quantity.
3.Installed radar level transmitters for measuring dip level of spirit tanks which was converted to volume over 5000 points in PLC.
4.Installed PLC/SCADA infrastructure.
5.Executed piping modification as per P&I diagram.
6.Executed laying of cable network and termination in PLC and instrument end. (Cable length approx.~ 6.3 kilometers).
7.Executed instrument calibration.
8.Sent regular reporting of technical progress and expenditure to stake-holders.
II)SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT:
1.Led end-to-end project planning, execution and capitalization.
2.Implemented of 2D barcode-based supply chain management system.
