1.Iperia Visual Messaging(Genband Messaging) :- The Paetec-Iperia Visual Messaging application are “leave and retrieve” voice messaging functionality, along with enhanced options that allow subscribers to customize their mailbox. Paetec Iperia is designed to deployment on Android, Blackberry and IPhone, iOS devices.

When a subscriber connects to paetec application by entering valid credential, A list of messages is retrieved and shown in the mobile application. Once the list of messages has been shown, subscriber can Play/Pause/Fast forward message through either handset or hand free, also user can see Message details contain caller/phone number, date and time of message, duration, transcription. Subscriber can manage the application like add new contact to address book, mark message as read/unread, able to delete message. This Application synch with the server as per application setting, so that subscriber can View the new message in the Mailbox.

Basically we have to check this application in 2 environments 1st English and 2nd in French where we have 2 connect with Host environment setup. Where required, ensure Cluster Load and executed and complete. Verify USOC reference tables updated for all host support systems. Verify all databases, data tables, servers, workstations, applications and any pertinent batch programs synchronized. Conduct full system sanity including synchronization of databases, lab test environment and workstation applications. Notify Bell Canada iQ of Green Flag state of lab readiness. Sanity environment. Sign off on Sanity. Execute Pre-Test (seeding) Activities which create necessary profiles for GenVal Testing. Identify defects. Run batch for Pre-Test Activities. Inform iQ. batch complete.
