Autonomous Robot

·Lead designer in developing the body design of a four-legged robot

·Designed the robot to meet customer specifications in size and ability to achieve the desired task

·Designed the manual control program with an on/off switch, ability to choose between manual and autonomous mode, as well as speed and direction control

·Coded the manual control using an Arduino along with an Xbox 360 controller that sent user inputs to the motors

Work on control systems using photo eyes, proximity sensors, motors, and pneumatics systems. Creating and modifying ladder logic in PLCs. Experience with barcode scanners.

Service calls at different factories around the area troubleshooting PLCs, HMIs, and VFDs.
