Solid education background in polymer chemistry, analytical chemistry, physical chemistry, and material science;
Experience with studying the relationships between properties and structures, and synthesizing macromolecules, amphiphilic inorganic/organic hybrid molecules;
Using HPLC, GC-MS, LC-MS, DLS, FTIR, UV-VIS, NMR, GPC/SEC, DSC, DMA, TGA, optical microscope, AFM, SEM, TEM, XPS, contact angle to separate compounds, identify structures, study absorption properties, and characterize surface morphologies;
Preparing regular reports and presenting results at meetings in a professional way;
Designing experiments independently, efficiently managing time, short and long-term planning;
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skill;

Studied their commercial applications as adhesives.
