It controls user access, filters packets for security, processes service applications, computes information, and stores data for backup.

The HIWEB DC network solution provides a high performance, secure, and reliable network, which allows the DC to transmit high-quality services. Duties and Responsibilities:

- Install and configure servers based on Windows/Linux

- Monitors Linux/Windows Servers, network, applications, internal websites, cache servers, firewalls, peripheral equipment and researches error conditions.

- Ability to perform backup and restore data.

- Ability to multi-task.

- Identifies alerts or line failures and resolves according to established procedures.

- Coordinates with support groups (Level 2 & 3) providing problem resolution input.

- Familiar with environmental monitoring and troubleshooting tools including Solarwinds, Cacti and PRTG.

Skills:

- Comprehensive experiences with infrastructure built on Cloud and Virtualization technologies such as Xen, Vmware.

- Deep knowledge of working with software and hardware firewalls such as Fortinet

(110C/111C, 650B, 1500D)

- Solid understanding of computing, storage, and data center networking technologies.

- Team player with strong communication, interpersonal skills, project management skill and ability to work independently.

- Experience with HVAC, generators, electrical and UPS power systems in a Data Center environment.

- At least 5 years experience providing Data Center technical alignment, planning, design, and execution in a consultative environment

- Excellent technical skills on Enterprise networks.

- Detailed understanding of wide range of operating systems based on Windows

(2003/2008/2012/2016) and Linux (Centos/SUSE Linux) systems, Databases

(Mssql/Mysql) / SAN Storage Servers (HP P2000/MSA 2040) / SAN Switches / HP tapeloader MSL4048

- Experience working with the following routers and switches: 7613, 6509, 4500, 3750, 3560 and 2960

- Ability to manage all data center environmental including operational support systems such as AC, electrical, UPS.

Duties:
