Job Profile
Drilling Supervisor in Petroleum Development Oman (PDO) from 18.10.2011 to 01.01.2018.
I supervised on-site drilling operation adequately & successfully with completion of wells within the planned period & optimum cost. Co-ordinated with service provider companies / contractors for achieving the targets as per the given well program with Comprehensive reporting of all operations to base office.
I maintained high standards of safety as per HSE policies of the company & enhanced awareness related to hazards & risks present in the work area / daily activity. My focus was on identification of the scope for improvement as per HSE guidelines & to ensure proper implementation of HSE policies for incident prevention.

Worked in Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) as Drilling & W/over Supervisor in 28/28 rotation with a successful career for 1 yrs. (Period : March 2010 to September 2011).Implemented flawless execution of drilling operation of new wells as well as work-over operation on old wells.
Worked in ONGC (National Oil & Gas Company of India) as Drilling Superintendent covering the drilling operation in oilfield of north east part of India for 5 yrs.(Period: Jan.2005 to Feb.2010)
Have Considerable experience as Tool pusher & night tool pusher level during posting in southern oilfields of India for more than 7 yrs. (Period: 1996 to 2004) Experience in man management, supervision, mentoring, training & development of junior staff.
Started career in ONGC (National Oil & Gas Company of India) with induction at Driller level in May 1989.
