• Writing and Verbal Communication: Led the onboarding process with 3 junior counselors beginning in 2016-2107, introducing the course selection process and complexity of analysis software (Naviance) and also led briefing sessions pertaining to client requirements, documentation, and counseling strategies. Mentored one of the counselor whiles his doing his master degree on counseling.
• Corporate Training and Delivery: Developed and managed more than 10 professional training programs. E.g. successfully developed the College Training programs for students, parents and career management programs that served 40 parents and students annually.
