DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Create detailed design drawings using AutoCAD & Revit on the basis of the information & instruction provided.
Prepare plan, elevation & section drawings for various kind of buildings, utility blocks.
Prepare fit-out drawings for approval & execution.
Preparation of fall ceiling drawings & coordination between streams.
Prepare shop drawings for approval & execution.
Prepare drawings for Gov. Authority’s approval.
Prepare and review rough sketches and review them along with the engineering team.
Calculate dimensions, weights for BOQ.
Maintains knowledge of Company standards and incorporate these into engineering drawings.
Prepares As-built drawings in the prescribed computer sheet given by the Client/Consultant.
Coordinate between different streams of engineering drawings.
Prepares and assists in drawing revisions are required.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
Liaise with architects and engineers to gather requirements for the designs.
Identify clashes & liaise with engineers to find the solution.
Coordination with MEP utilities.
