Develop smooth relations and sustain client confidence through personal rapport built on regular communications and interpersonal skills. At periodic meetings in Client’s office make formal presentations on progress, short fall, corrective steps and support expected or provided by HO. Seek Client’s intervention in resolving billing disputes and realization of pending dues.

To negotiate Contract with suppliers, transporters and PRW sub contractors and obtain best terms and condition for the Company.

To develop and maintain Team Spirit. To look into and resolve grievances of employees to the extent possible.

To maintain work discipline. To effectively confront dysfunctional behaviors and resolve conflicts at site

To appraise employees performance and recommend increments and rewards.

Health Safety and Environment:

To liaise and correspond with Statutory Bodies ie. Forest, Mining, Environment, Pollution Board etc, as required.

To effectively deal with request from Local bodies on donations, outsourcing of work, supply of sand and stones or recruitment of local personal. To tactfully ensure local bodies do not obstruct progress of work. To take advise from Project Controller, as necessary.
