● Desigend a layout to increase the value-added time by 16%, and recommended online payments to avoid processing wastes.

NYU Driving Supply Chain Competitiveness Course Project [MS Excel (VLookups)]Sep’17- Dec’17 A team project to reduce supply chain inventory based on an Electronics Manufacturer through ABC analysis, elimination of stranded inventory, operations strategy changes, and supplier reduction.

● Built a composite BOM item master from a set of product structures.

● Calculated an ABC analysis of the existing inventory then optimized lot sizes, reorder points, and safety stocks identifying 5.7% of the inventory as stranded inventory.

● Impacted a 6.5% inventory reduction by changing from Built-To-Stock to Built-To-Order. NYU Supply Chain Engineering Course Project [MS Excel] Sep’16- Dec’16 A semester-long team project based on Dollar Tree, an 8.6B$ Variety Retailer, studying the design and operations of supply chain networks to meet throughput, landed cost, logistics packaging, delivery lead time, inventory turns, and cash-to-cash requirements.

● Responsible for logistics packaging decisions and landed cost analysis within the project to achieve the delivery of 3.3 million units to Dollar Tree for 62 cents with 10 inventory turns.
