Project Responsibilities:

Total project design of P & ID, GA, Layout, Elevation, Fabrication & Consolidated drawing are designed the URS by following ASME BPE SEC VIII for Bioprocess codes

Preparation of Mechanical Data Sheet & Required drawing for Process Equipment’s such as Pressure vessels (Jacketed & Non Jacketed), Fermenter, Reactors, Heat Exchangers and Condensers.

Designing and detailed fabrication drawings for Pressure vessel, Heat Exchanger, Storage Tanks and Bio-reactor using Auto CAD as per ASME Sec VIII and ASME BPE Norms.

Selection of Valves (Manual & Automatic) for Block valves, Independent valves, Pneumatic piston valves, Pneumatic diaphragm valves and regular valves

Selection of the Valves for Pipelines (NB Pipe or ISO Pipe & OD Pipe)

Evaluation of Valves specification and drawings, total valve requirements based upon the types and sizes for the projects

Selection of rotary equipment such as pump, steam generator and air compressor w.r.t process requirement for Mechanical Agitators

BOM and BOQ for all the components such as SS sheets, Pipes, Fittings, Flanges, Valves, Bolts & Nuts.

Selection of manufacturing process and construction methods for the project needs

Maintaining the entire design documents as per ISO Standard.

Also responsible for Project progress control and conducted periodic review meetings with production, quality, and sub-contractor and prepared MOM.

Liaise with operational area such as engineering, procurement, manufacturing, quality, finance & logistics for smooth delivery.

Regular visit to client location to study actual onsite conditions, technical problems & their possible solutions.
