TECHNIQUES

Diversified adjusting technique, with an emphasis on re-establishing biomechanical efficiency and stability. Incorporation if necessary, passive range of motion exercises, active range of motion exercises. Therapeutic stretching techniques, post-isometric stretching, neuromuscular re-education. Hatha yoga breathing instruction and Hatha yoga stretching instruction. Deep soft-tissue manipulation to break up adhesions. Core musculature strengthening. Establish an understanding of proper maintenance of these components by developing and implementing lifestyle changes appropriate to the patients’ tolerances. Inspection of the various plantar arches and establish proper carpal and metacarpal biomechanics, while educating patients of importance

of maintenance care.
