Job Title- Lead Senior Associate in Mail Services

Responsiblities:

In charge of meeting all SLA deadlines for jobs that we received and working closely with my supervisor on my decisions for all changes or issues that would affect our performance. Multi-tasking was always a must in this position.

I was responsible for auditing and sorting patient statements, checks, post audit statements, unclaimed property and more. While these had to be audited they were also ran through the mail machine. I would have faxes through email, request from corporate, and local emails to handle at the same time. I also had daily print jobs performed every day and on a monthly basis that had to meet deadlines.

We tracked all jobs and amounts ran and processed through our master trackers for HIPPA violations, kept copiers functioning, kept envelopes and statement paper stocked and had special overnight mailing requests
