Pricing: Develops, drafts, and analyzes all pricing/cost proposals relevant to captured clients: Department of State’s Office of Export Controls Cooperation (ISN/ECC), Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (ATA) program, and U.S. Department of Commerce’s Commercial Law Development Program (CLDP). Assists the business development (BD) team in developing pricing/cost proposals for all proposal submissions, white papers, RFIs, ROMs, etc. using complex algorithms, research data and analytics. Pricing experience of 8+ years.

Project Controls: Analyzes on-going tasks at all times, maintains budgets of associated tasks, and consistently provides project managers with relevant reports on planning and status of ongoing tasks. Project Controls experience of 8+ years, with management of Project Controls team for six months.

Project Controls: Tracks, posts, and manages all costs associated with on-going workshops, training courses, conferences, seminars, etc using customized templates and corporate accounting software to ensure the company remains within the budget for all activities.

Project Controls: Tracks all programmatic activities of the Master Calendar to ensure proper use of company resources and to assist executives in planning for future labor requirements as necessary.

Project Controls: Manages and utilizes CTP’s project management system (Unanet) to assist in project controls, cost tracking and reporting associated with on-going tasks, via liaison with project managers.

Accounting: Works directly with the CFO on a wide range of accounting tasks such as creating purchase orders, invoicing of all major contracts, P&L reports, and other QuickBooks operations.

Contracts: As the Contracts Manager at CTP, tracks and receives all contractual documents and information, and ensure that proposed budget figures are consistent with task orders. Analyzes FAR clauses and CLIN information to ensure that all figures align with proposals. Contract and task modifications are tracked, analyzed and implemented as well. Assists in drafting new SOPs as CTP is now implementing ISO 9001 policies across the board.

Management: Installed as a manager during Summer 2018. Currently oversee Project Controls staff and review and approve all reports and deliverables submitted to CTP clients.

SharePoint/OneDrive: Maintains all relevant contractual, programmatic, and budgetary information to company SharePoint and OneDrive website.

Worked on Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Superfund contract data assessment task order.

Investigated environmental compliance issues, suggests corrective action options to ensure that issues were handled in a timely and cost effective manner.

Analyzed and interpreted trends and patterns using available precedents and guidelines to provide company and clients with an accurate picture of relevant environmental concerns.

Worked jointly with the EPA to conduct technical assessments of analytical laboratory data in accordance with EPA approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Statement of Works (SOWs) to identify outliers and ensure complete compliance with technical requirement and contractual obligations.
