RESEARCH EXPERIENCE:
University of New Hampshire, Thesis 2017-2018
The proposed research is aimed at understanding the role in salt tolerance response of the microalga Dunaliella salina, using the approach of metabolic engineering via transgenic manipulation. The proposed research is parallel to current research in the Minocha lab with higher plants, where they have shown that increased biosynthesis increases both nitrogen and carbon assimilation.
University of New Hampshire, Biological Oceanography Spring 2018
Researched the effect of abiotic factors (temperature, ocean acidification and wind currents) on the settlement patterns of Semibalanus balanoides
Wheaton College Developmental Biology Course, Norton, MA Spring 2015
Completed a research project on BPM in direct proportion to applied ethanol in
chick in a boat of Fetal Alcohol Syndrome and zebrafish
