Direct and support the Manufacturing Systems Department and professional staff

Participated in the original local start up management team and managed the installation of the $22 Million IT Application and IT Infrastructure start-up budget within the overall $540 Million SAO project budget

Created and built the city’s first Information Technology and Systems department and directed all Information Technology areas, GIS, related resource planning, budgeting and operational initiatives
