Multi Task positions

1.PURCHASE OFFICER AND ACCOMODATION MANAGER (INCHARGE).

A)PURCHASE OFFICER JOB DESCRIPTION:(Awani Restaurant & Zaatar W Zeit)

Responsible for Warehouse Ordering, And Transfers

Request quotation for any work order inquiry

Maintain the right stock level and Oder when is necessary

Communicate with supplier, Get New prices and update on intl.market

Sourcing new suppliers for any business opportunities

Negotiate prices with supplier for better rate

To be Updated on the markets rate

Maintain the right stock level and order necessary

Changes of non-commodity items (Branded) place orders with suppliers

Receive proforma invoice from supplier

Send order confirmations to suppliers

Meet Different suppliers (Local and Foreign)

Follow up the with accountsdept. as per requirements for supplier cheque and maintain the record

Keep all purchase record and purchase transactions

Maintain the EXCEL Sheets of all order

Keep all requirements documents as per record in system

Controlling a budget and finances, managing stock levels and ordering suppliers,

Working on new deals with exiting suppliers for better and smoother operations

B)Accommodation in charge (Manager) (Maintenance Accommodation for staff) job descriptions:

Communicating with Hr. Dept. for new employee’s services to coordinate and plan the allocation of accommodation

Arranging repairs and maintenance of the facilities,
