WORK HISTORY

First Transit (Aug 2017-Aug 2018)

Bus Driver

I drove bus for the developmentally challenged adults. I would pick them up at there homes and transport them to their skills center or work. I then would pick them up from the centers and take them home.

Hearing Aid Specialist

My position was an office manager. I was responsible for the hearing care of existing and new hearing aid clients. I am also responsible for meeting the financial goals of the home office. My duties include supervising the front office P.C.C.,(Patient Care Coordinator) she would make phone calls to schedule hearing aid evaluations. I would then test and demonstrate our new Siemens hearing aid technology to the client using speech mapping to show the difference in aided(REAR) and unaided(REUR) hearing. I then would make a recommendation as to what instruments would work best for the client and provide financial options to help them purchase their instruments. Our office provided consistent follow up care which makes the wearing of our hearing instruments very successful for new and existing clients.

As a First Sergeant I reported to the commander of the unit. I supervised the unit managers who provided training for the enlisted personnel in our unit. We needed to be deployment ready.
