Seeking a career opportunity in a coordinator environment, I have experience as an Office Administrator and team lead experience in an office environment setting; I am interested in a company where my skills and qualifications are viewed as an asset.
Goal orientated individual, dedicated, driven, fast learner, and self -motivated individual who is interested in learning new skills and career focused. I excel working within a team environment or independently. My goal within any organization is to achieve the highest level of success each opportunity presents.
I come from an office administrator background along with customer service and team lead experience. With my time spent with Universal Energy, I have been promoted from a Sales Agent to a Team Leader. I’m currently working towards becoming an Office Manager. My day to day tasks include reception, filing, processing outgoing and incoming mail, faxing, correspondence, processing work orders, emails and data entry using Microsoft office applications.
This is a high pressure and work volume environment, requiring problem solving, time management and organizational skills. These activities have allowed me to become proficient with order creation, data entry, scheduling, along with using internal company software.
I contribute to achieving company goals by meeting my set deadlines, being attentive to detail, maintaining focus with a positive attitude and drive.
