Part of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application support and maintenance. Our prime purpose was to support Customer Logins to rewards program and have customer data ready in time, accurate and with high availability to all online consumers like Dotcom and other consumers like POS.

Developed and maintained Customer registration and password management application, leveraging Oracle Identity Manager APIs for Rewards program which was one of the most dynamic and constantly evolving units. Have been working on already existing program plus actively involved in future road map.

Data migration, role mining and enrichment for various application teams to provide accurate and appropriate information to streamline security.

Reporting and data warehouse support for Customer Data Analytic. We use various tools like Informatica, DMExpress and custom shell scripts for building marts and reports for analytic business.

Customizing CRM objects in addition to formatting existing configurations to meet business requirements, generate email campaign reports and work alongside marketing team to produce reports for email campaigns and marketing strategies.
