● Participated in the planning and conducting of the largest NATO disaster response field exercise ever organized in Serbia in October 2018, with some 2 000 participants from 40 countries.

● Involved in the evaluation process of the exercise, and planning and conducting the EADRCC Lessons Identified Conference in Sofia, Bulgaria in January 2019.

● In lead of preparing the presentation of the lessons identified at a political level in NATO HQ, using Prezi software.

● Contributed to the celebration of the EADRCC’s 20th anniversary in November 2018. This included preparing and conducting a major EADRCC visibility event opened by the Deputy Secretary General at the NATO HQ, and developing a new visibility tool, an e-book portraying the EADRCC history.

● Drafted a new Business/Mission Model for the EADRCC by using “Lean Startup”, a concept rarely used in public sector.
