Position IT Support Engineer


Contributing to the overall success of our enterprise by supporting Microsoft & Cisco infrastructure.

Installing, configuring and maintaining servers and storage hardware and applications.

Provide Level 2 support and quick resolution for problems escalated by service desk & L1 engineers.

Troubleshoot and provide solution in a timely manner for complex multi-vendor system issues in hardware, operating system and related infrastructure.

Performing proactive and reactive upgrades and maintenance outside of business hours, following the company's change management and operational procedures.

To support complex enterprise systems and network demanding 24x7 availability

Provide investigation, diagnosis, resolution and recovery for hardware/software problems. When unable to resolve, escalate to second or third level in accordance with Help Desk escalation processes.

Installation of printers, Servers etc

Assisting in the maintenance of workstations, printers, IT equipment and systems and client software.

Provide enhancement request feedback to IT regarding technology environment and customer needs through the defined processes.

Support the following technologies: Microsoft Office products – Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, Internet Explorer, Windows XP, desktops, laptops, printers, networked copiers, NIC’s, basic LAN/WAN connectivity and others as assigned.

Handling LAN network, managing server and support 50 concurrent users in the live network and giving online support to foreign users.

Schedule and Support other employees to create task and manage their work by using Bitrix24 CRM software.

Monitor daily backups.
