Function as a liaison with federal and state government agency staff, clients, and internal ADP partners to convey ADP Tax Services position on issues. Responsible for managing all aspects of the payroll function to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of amounts paid to employees and of information given to internal and external entities. Responsible for defining, communicating, and delivering HR reporting and analytics. Provide HR data analysis used by the business for strategic planning and decision-making. Prepare and manage all survey data, and perform all job evaluations. Managed and coordinated the Bank’s annual Once for All employee trust fund drive.
Key Results:
Successfully managed and implemented the Bank’s timekeeping and payroll systems for our multi-state payroll processing, eliminating paper timekeeping process; introducing self-service for all HR systems, saving the Bank over $20,000 per year in hosting and maintenance fees.
Streamlined the department processes creating checklist and automating all manual reports and reconciliations. This has ultimately reduced and in some cases eliminated errors, consolidating two positions, saving the department approximately $65,000 per year.
Designed, developed and implemented an Access database that contains all of the Once for All Trust information, i.e. organization tax data and employee contributions, reducing all processing time by 50%.
Successfully prepared the Executive Summary Compensation Disclosure table included in the Bank’s Form10-K in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Commission’s Regulation S-K for 8 years.
