Educational building for Medical studies inside Qatar University including laboratory facilities, classrooms, lecture theaters, simulation and research facilities along with facilities for staff and students.
Responsibilities handled include the development of schematic drawings into final Technical Design, Development of Detailed room layout, coordination between MEP disciplines and structure, door schedules hardware coordination and water proofing layouts in addition to preparation of typical details.
Mall of Qatar Phase -2 (Residential and School), Qatar
Project consisted of development of 15 apartment buildings (G+9+PH) and a school to be designed upto schematic stage and tendered for Design and build. Was responsible for the Residential elevations package, core details, FLS drawings and schedules.
Harbor Point, Dubai
Mixed-use-twin tower project consisting of apartments, Hotel and retail facilities. Was responsible for the vertical transportation core, enlarged room details, Reflected ceilings and parking ramps.
Kuwait University, Kuwait
University project consisting of multiple buildings housing computer science and architecture colleges. Was responsible for the enlarged room details including the Auditorium, lecture halls, entrance lobbies etc., for both colleges.

University project consisting of 9 buildings housing computer science and Technical studies colleges, associated administrative buildings and support building. Was responsible for the Administrative building drawings as well as RCP drawings for the Computer science college buildings as well as MEP coordination and collaboration between disciplines for Detailed Design stage.
Barwa Financial District, Doha (now QP District)
9 high-rise towers with leasable office space, 5 star hotel, Prayer hall, Multi-level parking facilities, Retail area and associated utilities such as District cooling and primary substation. Has been a part of the design team and was involved in the development of the design drawings and later the working drawings and details.
Current role as Design Coordinator involves the coordination, evaluation of existing construction and producing optimum design solutions for the changes requested by the end-user. Also active in the response to RFI and resolution of day to day design issues on site.
Lusail Stadium, Qatar (For FIFA 2022 world cup)
Design of Stadium project for FIFA World cup 2022 and Legacy Mixed use. Responsible for the finishes Package including inter-disciplinary coordination for the final IFC documentation. Was responsible for QA/QC checking and Constructability review of Schematic Submission stage of Stadium and Legacy projects. Incorporation of Client comments from previous submission.
Sabah Al Ahmed International Financial center, Kuwait
Commercial building designed to have leasable office offices, trading hall, Hotel and Multi-level car parking facilities (LEED Pre-certified Gold). Responsibilities involved design development, coordination between disciplines and development of details.
Al Othman Commercial Charity Complex, Kuwait
The project was a commercial venture with Shopping facilities and leasable Office space. Responsibilities involved design development and interfacing the various functions.
Kuwait Investment Authority Head Quarters, Kuwait
Office tower and conference facility designed as the headquarters for KIA, the building pioneered several relatively new practices in Kuwait. Responsibilities involved design, design development, detail drawings and coordination between disciplines and resolving conflicting requirements.
QEWC Headquarters Qatar:
Competition submittal for QEWC comprising of a building with office space for Qatar Electricity and Water Company employees as well as commercial and retail space. Responsibilities included resolving the space organization and movement layouts with inputs to the overall massing and interfacing of the various functions that were part of the requirements.

Office building and sales pavilion for Solitaire group, U.A.E.
The project consisted of a Commercial building including office floors and Exhibition halls. Responsibilities involved assistance in the conceptual design, the development of detail drawings, the presentations and preparation of working drawings.
Office building for H.S.C., China
The project was a Factory Office with Ancillary facilities for a major oil pipe-line company. Responsibilities involved the development of design development drawings and working drawings.

A prestigious hotel group wanted to develop a stand-alone Spa and Health club.
