WORK EXPERIENCE:

Having 2+ Years of experience in WIPRO, acquire new skills and contribute constructively, in the dynamic environment to implement enterprise business solutions, Modeling and Reporting in Wipro Technologies as Quality Analyst.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Conducting Process awareness huddles among teams on Audit parameters in small groups of 10 and document discussion points and participant details with BU and QA Manager

Conducting Quality audit process training's for new joiners into the account across the LOB ’ s as part of their induction program

Conducting QA Refresher sessions to tenured TSE ’ s on the floor and discuss with them the parameters causing a major hit on their score and how to improve their scores

Organize a test at the end of every session held to assess the understanding of the attendees and publish their scores to the respective managers.
