WORK SUMMARY

Worked in Tunnel Ventilation system of Doha Metro Project under QATAR RAIL.

Analysing the QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, on-compliance reports and site instruction/observations and other QA/QC documents.

Carried out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site and ensures activity at the site are as per the approved method statement and inspection plan.

Inspection of material’s or equipment’s received on site are according to the material standards provided by the Contractor.

Carried out Internal audit at the site as scheduled in the Project Quality Plan(PQP)

Coordinate with the representatives and site in charge for inspection and meeting about quality problem including the closure of Non-Compliance Report.

Inspection on drawings provided by the client to match with the material dimensions and the designs.

Preparation of Inspection Test Plans for the TVS equipment’s, Air handling units and Control Panels of the metro stations under Qatar Rail Green line project.

Preparation of IRE’S and MIR’S for materials received and for the installation of the equipment’s under the mechanical department.

Report the findings to the QC Manager.

Working as Mechanical site Engineer for site inspection installations under QA/QC department.

Undergone CRO-001 and CRO-003 training under construction Railway Operations and obtained PIC license to work in track.

Personal in charge for the equipment installations under the platform level and over the track.

Conducting pressure test for chilled water Pipes.
