As a technician, I install satellite T.V. dishes, internet service as well as maintenance them for customers. During the install I like to communicate with my customers, walking them through the install/service process. Discussion includes: Satellite location, cable locations, how to set up receivers, educating the customer of the dish user interface and remote control. Some of my other duties include sales. When servicing my customers, I want to give 5 STAR service which means making sure that my customers is completely satisfied with their products. In doing this, I go over any additional products that Dish sales that could provide my customers with good quality, additional protection and enhancing their systems to give them better sound and quality. Since I am responsible for my van, I have to inventory it each week and restock the necessary items along with the weeks work orders. Currently, I am in the role of a Field Coach providing my trainee with the above details to provide him with the knowledge and tools to do his job efficiently and effectively.
