Presently working as a CE Planner at M/s Videocon industries Ltd as Sr. Executive- At Corporate office at Gurgaon since 22nd Jan -2014 Manufacturing of Home appliances and consumer durable products.

Having expertise in handling complete end to end Supply chain functions of consumer durable and home appliances companies. Starting from Factory logistics operation, Demand & Distribution Planning to ultimate delivery till the customer end .It includes sourcing & management of warehousing & transportation on Primary & Secondary Level.

Product planning

To finalize the PSI with SCM and Sales heads considering the branch opening stock,factory stock, stock-in-transit v/s branch sales target for the month

Coordinate with Corporate SCM, factory and schedule the model wise /day wise production for the month

Providing monthly dispatch plan to factory logistics for their vehicle demand planning as well branch’s sales team for their sales planning

Provide Monthly as well as yearly sales plan to central planning as well factory.

Indent Supply on time

Timely supply of material as per indent received

Co-ordinate with transport division for better vehicle deployment at each factory, ODM & CBU HUB

Distribution Planning & Execution of FG across the country and codification, receipts of material

Collaborate and communicate closely with internal stakeholders of sales and operations teams to understand new requirements and new fulfillment models to support the growth of the business

Export dispatches with the help of PPC, Quality and R&D dept.

Planning of Logistics Cost and Control & Monthly presentation (Cost down tracking, development of action plans, Logistics expense forecasting)

Drive monthly demand review meetings with the support from the Product Planner

MRP Monitoring

Transport Planning.

Transport planning/Handling & follow up with Transport Division for timely vehicle placed with Good condition as required on daily basis

Transporter’s bills verification and Processing, reconciliation & follow up with accounts department for timely payments

Monthly cost analysis for Logistics Freight

Route & Distance finalization

Co-ordination with concerned Transporter’s for timely delivery to meet the sales Targets

Co-ordination with Cargo carriers for Direct billing & BBND

Responsible for distribution of FG across the country by coordination with PPC, Corp. Logistics and sales

Created Excel Based program for calculating CFT Utilization per Truck/CNT

Transport planning/Handling Contractor bill verification and Processing of the bills, reconciliation & follow up with accounts department for timely payments

Co-ordination with warehouse supervisor for handling effective manpower in actual execution of order by timely dispatch also controlling per unit cost & labor productivity in Factory operation

Coordinating with Concern Branch/ WH, Commercial & Production Team to fulfill of all the related required documentations & activities for SRN/Defective FG

Follow up with the insurance company & ensuring timely settlement of the insurance claims against the accidental/ Theft cases/ in transit damages

MIS reporting to HOD, Manage and motivate the Factory Logistics team as well Factory supporting Mother Warehouse

Ensure and fulfillment of all audit requirement and policy adherence

Availability of Security & Safety equipment e.g. Hand gloves, Fork – lifts, Hydraulic Trolley for the warehouse staff performing physical material handling
